I work as a U of T student- intern at an ad agency in Toronto. I find they are losing ground, not only because advertising is a futile industry, but because they do not participate in any interactive or social media ventures.
I found this podcast extremely informative and I hope that I can use some of the information to back up my social media pitch!

I think that social media is crucial in product marketing, especially when we are talking about start-ups, could you recommend me some literature on this subject?
