Thanks, I really enjoyed listening to the interview with Robin Maiden. I agree that podcasters need to really put a plan together instead of just wing it. We also advise podcaster to create professional intros and ad spots if at all possible.

Hi Donna, noticed the 'tactical' change in the intro - and it makes me wonder how attached our listeners get to things the way they expect them :-)
I echo your point about leaders having no choice but to engage with the 'online conversation'.
As well as podcasting and blogging, we're working more and more with online reputation. Our basic start point is that because of the permanent visibility of the web, both 'flight' AND 'fight' are effectively business suicide when it comes to dealing with customer feedback or online opinion.
Great show - don't stop - oh, and our company name is pronounced MOO COW media - serves me right for choosing a silly spelling :-) Doh!
All the best,
Sam

Hey Donna,
Thanks for giving ProductCamp Toronto a plug. We're now up to 74 registrants and 42 topics...and counting. I'm happy to confirm that the event will take place Sunday, November 2nd at The Ted Rogers School of Business Management, Ryerson University.
Best wishes,
Chris.
