We definitely forget the soft skills related to podcasting as we lose ourselves in the techno-wizardy. Things such as planning, interviewing and listening are just some of the things that many podcast producers have neglected as they clamour over each other to be the first to show off their shiny new podcasting toy.

Thanks for reminding us that the soft skills in podcasting really matter.

Thanks for the plug! Great episode.
