Five Things You Don’t Know About Me Meme
Uh oh. Leesa has tagged me. How much should I let out of the vault?
1. My original career goal? Nun. I adored the flowing back habit. After they switched to polyester pantsuits, I lost interest and moved on to other things.
2. I once had a job interview at the United Nations in New York. They told me to come back when I had a Ph.D., but I was tired of school at that point.
3. My first career? Systems analyst (after I abandoned the ideas of nun, teacher and international woman of intrigue).
4. My ancestry is Greek/Polish/English/Irish, but I most identify with the Greeks, perhaps because of my last name, but more likely because leg of lamb with roasted potatoes is my favourite dish.
5. I used to write a lot for parenting magazines, and in fact have penned a book: Moms’ and Dads' Guide to Your Child: Age Five to Eight. It was part of a series, as you can probably tell from the title. (My kids are little older than that now. Do I consider myself an expert parent? NO!)
Now I am tagging: Joe Cipriano, Lee Hopkins, Andrea Weckerle, Michael O’Connor Clark and Phil Gomes.

Darn, I thought I had tagged you before anyone else! Mitch Joel tagged me, and I guess I took to long to respond. A whole 2 days!

Ah, that's too bad, Michael. Thanks for thinking of me!
