I’m a writer, speaker, podcaster and social media consultant who helps clients to communicate with employees, customers and prospects. An active member of the International Association of Business Communicators, I currently chair the IABC/Toronto chapter's Professional Independent Communicators group.

Originally from New York, I now live and work in the Toronto area. When I’m not in my office, you’ll find me walking along the lakeshore, at the gym or relaxing with fiction by Anne Tyler or humour by David Sedaris.
